We want you to love your Cabbage Patch Kids apparel and accessories as much as your favorite doll. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
